Fund Names

The Fund Names table permits you to link a description to your fund names. These are printed on the Cash Recap Report if you elect to print the totals by fund section of the report. If the system can't locate a matching entry in the table for the specific fund, it will print the words invalid fund. Don't misinterpret this message... it simply means it could not translate the fund to a description, because was not found in this table. Each field in the table is listed, along with a short description, below:

  1. FUND_NUMBER

    This is the fund number. It can contain up to 10 characters and can include both letters and numbers.

    Most of the time the fund is 2 to 4 numeric characters, e.g., 001, 100, etc. Fund numbers do not all have to be the same size.

  2. FUND_NAME

    This is the fund name, e.g., General Fund

  3. BANK_NUMBER

    At some RASWIN user sites this value is used to define the bank number to be use for exports, base on the fund.

  4. BANK_ACCOUNT

    At some RASWIN user sites this value is used to define the bank account number to be use for exports, base on the fund.

  5. old_fund_number

    This value is used to define a fund number to be used for conversion purposes when loading transaction data into RASWIN from external systems.
